- FAQ's:
1. What counties do you serve?We primarily serve Monmouth, Ocean, Mercer, Middlesex, and Somerset but are willing to travel throughout NJ.2. How much do you charge?The cost varies depending on what needs to be cleaned and the state of the home or office. First time cleanings are generally a little more expensive. Our supplies are included in the quoted price.3. CancellationsWe request cancellations or rescheduling notice two business days in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling one business day ahead is charged $30. Same day cancellations are charged the full price of the scheduled cleaning.4. Will you send different people to my business/residence? We will always try to send the same team to your place since they would be familiar with you and your needs. If there is a scheduling problem we would only send another team with prior notice.5. What supplies do you use? Our supplies are All Natural Cleaning Products. They are a little more expensive than their toxic peers, but we use them because the human and environmental health cost is lower. We look for supplies that are non-toxic, bio-degradable, effective and Green Seal Certified.6. Is Green & Clean LLC a franchise? The owners are the managers or cleaners in the business. All owners work in the business. We are a home base business out of Freehold.
